30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from purchasing your digital download to request a return. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

Damages and Issues

Inspect your digital download upon receipt. Contact us immediately at contact@audioaktive.com if the file is defective, corrupted, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include perishable digital goods, custom digital products, and digital gift cards. Sale items cannot be returned. Contact us for questions about specific items.

Exchanges

To exchange, request a return for the original digital download and make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For EU purchases, you may cancel or return your digital download within 14 days for any reason. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return request. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, contact us at contact@audioaktive.com.
