Are the samples and presets in the pack royalty-free?
Yes! Our packs include samples and presets that come with a royalty-free license. This means you can use these samples and presets in your audio productions without paying extra royalties or fees. You can release your tracks with our samples and presets on all major streaming services.
However, this license does not give you ownership of the samples and presets. Distributing these samples and presets on their own is not allowed and violates our license agreement.
Does your samples and presets work in any DAW?
Yes, our products work in any DAW that supports .WAV files, which includes all popular DAWs. However, you will need the Serum plugin to use our presets.
Which version of Serum do I need?
To ensure compatibility with our presets, we recommend always updating to the latest version of Serum.
We advise purchasing an authentic copy from Xfer Records or an official retail partner.
The Serum noise could not be found while opening the presets from our packs, what should I do?
This is usually a problem related to an outdated version of Serum which is incapable of a correct transfer between MacOS and Windows file paths. In order to resolve this problem please update your Serum to the latest version.
A file could not be found while loading an Audio Aktive preset. What should I do?
Please make sure you have installed our folders to the correct paths on your disk. Follow the instructions provided in your downloaded product carefully.
